DELIVERY POLICY

UK ORDERS ONLY

We use Royal Mail signed for delivery:

Second class please allow 3-5 working days.

First class please allow 1-2 working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us at asistersedit@outlook.com before returning any items.

 

We offer returns or an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date, with the exception of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please note all sale items are non returnable and non refundable. All items must be returned in original packaging and in a new and unworn condition as they were received. We highly recommend you return all items using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for any lost items.

After inspection and on receipt of items, the originally payment method used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges or any promotional discount codes used at checkout (exceptions may apply).

The cost of returning an item unless faulty will be the customers responsibility.

We make every endeavour to ensure your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. We always pack and check all our items but if there is a fault or damage, please drop us an email within 14 days of receiving your item/s at asistersedit@outlook.com detailing the problem and we will ensure this gets resolved.

Any returns made without contacting us first will not be accepted as our Returns & Exchange Policy states.
